  3. Improve one or two a month

Choose a few touch points to invest in each month, aiming at 10 out of 10.

From chapter: THE REMARKABLE AUDIT, pp. 175–175

The remarkable audit scores every touch point, including website, brochures, people, products, premises, ads, handbook, uniforms and packaging, from 1 to 10, for customers, team and suppliers. Do not be discouraged. Improve one or two things a month. The world's fastest growing companies spend 5% to 15% of revenue on research, development, innovation and training rather than marketing campaigns. The best product wins, and leaning into the discomfort of how much remains to be done keeps wannabes out of your league.
