From chapter: THE CAMPAIGN‐DRIVEN ENTERPRISE TEAM, pp. 205–205

Business is too complex to do alone, so a campaign-driven enterprise team of at least four people covers four key roles: a key person of influence who is known, liked and trusted and sets the vision and culture; a head of sales and marketing who generates warm leads, sales and referrals; a head of operations and products who delights customers; and a head of finance, logistics and reporting who manages money, numbers, compliance and payments. It suits a small startup or a division in a large firm.
