A three-part statement of what the webinar delivers.
Jason Fladlien's framework, from One to Many, pp. 87 to 89.
Audience
Choose the narrowest audience you can serve.
Feeling
Decide what they feel as they implement.
Result
Name what success looks like, ideally with instant gratification.
From chapter: 5. Clearly Defined Outcomes, pp. 87–89
Clearly defined outcomes stop fuzzy targets. Each outcome must be achievable in forty-five to sixty minutes and has three parts: audience, feeling and result. Narrower audiences are easier to serve. Easy is Fladlien's default feeling, though a hard feeling like unmatchable advantage can suit some offers. When in doubt, build the result around instant gratification, as in the one-sitting product creation approach that earned his first big webinar money.
