Assumptions made too fast, and risk avoided
Data plus gut, and back yourself. A bad video with no views harms nothing unless it damages the brand.

Making assumptions far too quickly, and being afraid to take risks. Fixing both matters.
It is a combination of learning from the data and having the gut feeling to back yourself on ideas, based on experience.
Why take the risk?
If a bad video is made and it gets no views, no one sees it. That is something I learned from Michael Lim, from his years leading Alex Hormozi’s content. A bad video does very little harm, unless of course it damages the brand.
So if it is just a weak answer to a question, put it out. As a trial reel, or as a normal post. Do not worry about every detail, because momentum is really important, and killing it over tiny decisions damages the outcome you want.
