The AI race has two constraints: compute and talent. Top tier talent generally already know a company exists, and choose to go elsewhere anyway. So the problem is persuasion.
Content and storytelling do that persuading.
How is content different from a job advert?
A job advert reaches someone at the moment they are looking. Content reaches them for months before that, and it is what they weigh when they do look.
