Tom Sharman is a UK content operator and founder of The Content Operators, based in Brighton. He builds the strategy, teams and systems that turn creators and entrepreneurs into media businesses. Clients include Ben Heath, Sam Stoffel, Secret Leaders, Niko Omilana and TheBurntChip. He takes on a small number of clients, and the team works remotely: the editors already work across Pakistan and the Philippines.
Remote, for applicants in the United Kingdom. The rate is agreed per project. Work starts with a short portfolio review, then a paid trial edit or task.
