# Signals show before numbers, and numbers come at month four

> Three months in, what tells you it is working before the numbers move?

Average views rising, outliers, DMs and named viewers. The numbers come in months four to six.

It is unreasonable to expect anyone to change your entire growth in three months. That starts to show in months four to six.

But the signals are there. Because we are testing formats all the time, new ones and refined ones, the signals show early.

## Which signals?

- Average views going up.
- A few outlier videos that really perform.
- The team and the systems working and moving.
- Real fandom forming: people in the DMs, regular viewers, a few big names watching the stories, commenting and sharing.

Those are the signals that success is being established for the long term. The baseline moving matters more than any spike.
