## What you'll do

- Turn content strategy into formats a creator can film every week.
- Plan shoots: the run sheet, the kit, the people and the day.
- Keep editors and clients on schedule, from idea to upload.
- Spot what is working and feed it back into the next batch.

## You'll be great if

- You have produced creator or brand content before.
- You can run a shoot day and keep it calm.
- You are organised and you write things down.
- You like formats: the repeatable shape behind a series.

Tom Sharman is a UK content operator and founder of The Content Operators, based in Brighton. He builds the strategy, teams and systems that turn creators and entrepreneurs into media businesses. He takes on a small number of clients, and the team works remotely: the editors already work across Pakistan and the Philippines.
