# GTD lists

## The steps

1. **Next Actions.** Single, clearly written tasks split by context: computer, calls, outside and home.
2. **Waiting For.** Things delegated, with the person, request and date, scanned for aging items.
3. **Someday/Maybe.** Things you want to do one day, but not now.
4. **Agenda.** Topics batched for each person you meet regularly, so issues are discussed once.
5. **Projects.** Multi-step efforts; add the next action to the list when the previous one is done.
6. **Review.** Daily for Next Actions and Waiting For; weekly for Someday/Maybe, Agenda and Projects.
7. **Goals.** Keep the company vision and quarterly OKRs at hand to feed the Next Action list.
