## The steps

1. **Run a short challenge.** A 72-hour goal such as the first 100 email subscribers.
2. **Load the first email.** Make the first email deliver a win in under five minutes.
3. **Pack the getting-started page.** Give one page with the gear, guests and first steps in one place.
4. **Audit the entry points.** Ask whether each first touch gives a win or only more information.
