Category: Hiring and teams. ## The steps 1. **List every touch point.** Write down website, brochures, people, products, premises, ads, staff handbook, uniforms and packaging for customers, team and suppliers. 2. **Score each 1 to 10.** Ask whether the touch point is positively remarkable and score it. 3. **Improve one or two a month.** Choose a few touch points to invest in each month, aiming at 10 out of 10. ## Where it comes from From chapter: THE REMARKABLE AUDIT, pp. 175–175 The remarkable audit scores every touch point, including website, brochures, people, products, premises, ads, handbook, uniforms and packaging, from 1 to 10, for customers, team and suppliers.
