# The four-section webinar framework

> The skeleton behind almost every webinar Fladlien builds.

Jason Fladlien's framework, from One to Many, pp. 18 to 22.

Framework 1 of 8 from [One to Many](https://tomsharman.com/bookshelf/one-to-many/index.md) by Jason Fladlien. Category: Lead generation.

## The steps

1. **Introduction.** Hook them in and establish authority.
2. **Content.** Teach one path while building commitment.
3. **Transition.** Connect what they learned to a solution they can invest in.
4. **Close.** Show the offer is worth more than its price.

## Where it comes from

From chapter: 1. Overview of the Framework, pp. 18–22

Almost every webinar has four sections: introduction, content, transition and close. Fladlien writes them out of order, usually content or pitch first and the introduction last, because he does not know what he is introducing until the rest exists. He advises shipping in three stages (shippable, polish, recalibrate) and tells the WP Twin story, where a $5,000 flop became $100,000 after one fix to the place where the live audience got lost.
