## The steps

1. **Headline.** Duration, gender, benefit, status, curiosity, against fear, negative, challenge.
2. **Copy.** Short or long, free, new, reason why, benefits, status, describe don't tell, scarcity, urgency, implied authority.
3. **Page name and business name.** Keep multiple descriptive versions.
4. **Image.** Contrast, group pictures, selfies, workout and class shots, memes.
5. **Video.** Testimonials, facility tour, whiteboard, pitching, subtitles.
