# Creating a New Opportunity

## The steps

1. **Find the result they want.** Ask what has to have happened in three years for them to be happy.
2. **List the vehicles they use now.** Write down every approach they have tried without success.
3. **Run the opportunity switch.** Take them out of the old vehicle and into a new one rather than offering a better version.
4. **Build the opportunity stack.** Keep one switch and package it in many ways: software, challenge, event, membership, coaching.
