# The Value Creation Cycle

## The steps

1. **Ideas.** Surface and rank ideas by impact and cost to implement.
2. **Testing.** Run quick and cheap tests such as surveys, intro events, mock-up brochures or a waiting list.
3. **The Beta Version.** Build something people can interact with, cheaply, to reach product-market fit.
4. **The Commercial Version.** Roll it out with channels and assets so it sells day to day and covers your time.
5. **The remarkable and scalable version.** Improve every detail until people tell their friends and it can be delivered at scale.
