## The steps

1. **Recall a win.** Think of a time you added value, solved a problem and were thanked or paid.
2. **Write the story.** Describe the problem, its deeper nature, the steps you took and the longer-term impact.
3. **Add research.** Include data, statistics and academic studies.
4. **Write more pieces.** Produce articles such as mistakes, valuable ideas, maxims, obstacles and case studies.
