Category: Offers and pricing. ## The steps 1. **Choose a starving crowd.** Pick a niche with pain, money, easy targeting and growth. 2. **Price at a premium.** Charge a lot, with value far above price. 3. **Build the value.** Use the Value Equation and the five steps from dream outcome to trim and stack. 4. **Enhance it.** Add scarcity, urgency, bonuses and a guarantee. 5. **Name it.** Use the M-A-G-I-C formula and refresh the wrapper as it fatigues. ## Where it comes from From chapter: Section I: How We Got Here, pp. 14–35 Hormozi tells the story of December 2016, when a payment processor froze $120,000 and a partner emptied his gym sale proceeds, leaving him with about $1,000 and a $100,000 credit card. He launched six gyms on a Grand Slam Offer anyway and collected $100,117 in January 2017, then built to $120 million in sales.
