## The steps

1. **Survey.** Find customers with the best results.
2. **Interview.** Find what they did differently.
3. **Compare.** Look at the actions they had in common.
4. **Force new customers to repeat them.** Build them into onboarding.
5. **Measure.** Track speed and outcome across the average customer.
6. **Match the guarantee.** Tie the conditions of the guarantee to those actions.
