## The steps

1. **Decide if an agency makes sense now.** You need money first.
2. **Talk to many agencies.** Do not be cheap.
3. **Use the agreement framework.** Open with the purpose and deadline.
4. **Set a clear deadline.** Force you and your team to learn.
5. **Use both teams.** Until yours beats theirs regularly.
6. **Switch to discounted consulting.** Then cut them loose.
