## The steps

1. **Document.** Write the checklist exactly as you do the job, and test that you can follow it for an A+ result.
2. **Demonstrate.** Walk them through the checklist and fix it where they get confused.
3. **Duplicate.** They do it while you watch, and you fix the checklist until the result matches.
